Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

The short version

  • You must be 13 or older. If you’re under 18, read these terms with a parent or guardian.
  • robloxsoundz is a catalog that helps you find Roblox sound IDs. We don’t own the sounds and claim no rights in them. They belong to their uploaders and to Roblox.
  • We can’t promise a sound will work or stay available. Roblox can remove or change sounds at any time.
  • You’re responsible for making sure you’re allowed to use a sound in your own Roblox game.
  • Don’t scrape the site, cheat the likes, or break the security.
  • We may limit or close accounts that break these rules. You can delete yours any time.
  • The site is free and provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using it.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.

The full terms are below.

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and robloxsoundz (“we”, “us”, “our”). They cover your use of robloxsoundz.com (the “site” or “service”).

By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We are not affiliated with Roblox. robloxsoundz is an independent website. It is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Our contact: support@robloxsoundz.com.

2. Who can use robloxsoundz

  • You must be at least 13 years old. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up. You must give your real date of birth.
  • If you’re under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian. If the law where you live says you need your parent’s permission to use an online service, you must have it.
  • If we find out you’re under 13, we will close your account and delete your information.
  • You can have one account.

3. Your account

  • Choose a strong password and keep it private. Tell us straight away at support@robloxsoundz.com if you think someone else has got into your account.
  • You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Your username must not pretend to be another person or organisation, be offensive or hateful, or include personal information. Please don’t use your real name.
  • If you sign in with Google or Apple, their rules also apply to that sign-in.
  • We may ask you to change a username or close an account that breaks these rules.

4. What robloxsoundz is (and isn’t)

robloxsoundz helps you search, preview, and copy the IDs of Roblox sounds.

  • We don’t own or create the sounds, and we claim no rights in them. The sounds and information about them come from Roblox and the people who uploaded them. We show information from Roblox’s public catalog and let you preview sounds so you can find the one you need. Previews are for identifying a sound only.
  • We don’t give you any licence or permission to use a sound. It’s up to you to make sure you’re allowed to use any sound you choose, in line with Roblox’s rules and the law. If you use a sound in your own game, what happens (for example, if Roblox removes it or takes action) is between you and Roblox.
  • Information may be wrong or out of date. A sound may stop working, be removed, be made private, or be changed by its uploader or by Roblox at any time. We don’t promise that any sound, ID, or piece of information is accurate, working, appropriate, or still available.
  • Sounds may include content you don’t like. Sounds are made by other people. If you see something that shouldn’t be there, tell us (see Section 8).
  • We may change, pause, or stop any part of the site at any time.

5. Using the site fairly

Please don’t:

  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect information from the site or to copy the catalog in bulk;
  • try to get around limits, security, or protections on the site, or try to get into accounts, systems, or data that aren’t yours;
  • cheat or manipulate likes — for example, by using several accounts, using bots, or getting others to do it;
  • put harmful code on the site, overload it, or interfere with how it works;
  • break the law, or use the site to harass, bully, or threaten anyone;
  • copy, resell, or build a competing service from our site, design, code, or the way we organise and rank sounds;
  • pretend to be us, or suggest that we are connected to or approved by you, or that we are connected to Roblox;
  • help anyone else do any of these things.

If you break these rules, we may limit, suspend, or close your account (see Section 10).

6. Likes

You can “like” a sound to save it and to show others it’s useful. The total number of likes on each sound is shown to everyone.

We may remove likes or accounts that we believe have been created or used to manipulate like counts.

7. Our property and other people’s

  • Our property. The site, including its design, code, name, logo, and the way the catalog is organised and ranked, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the site for your own non-commercial use, as set out in these terms.
  • Other people’s property. The sounds, names, and artwork in the catalog belong to their uploaders, rights holders, or Roblox. Their names, logos, and trademarks belong to them.
  • Your content. At the moment, the only thing you create on the site is your likes. By using the site, you allow us to store and use your likes as needed to run the service. If we add features where you can post content, we’ll update these terms first.

8. Reporting a problem, or asking us to remove something

If you think something on robloxsoundz:

  • is illegal, harmful, or breaks these terms,
  • infringes your copyright or other rights, or
  • contains information about you that you want removed (for example, if you uploaded a sound to Roblox),

email support@robloxsoundz.com with:

  1. what you’re reporting and where it is (for example, the sound ID or page address),
  2. why you’re reporting it, and
  3. your name and a way to reach you. If you are reporting a rights problem, please tell us what right you own.

We’ll look at it promptly and may remove or hide content, contact the people involved, or take other steps. We may keep a record of reports we’ve received.

9. Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. It is part of these terms.

10. Suspending or ending your account

  • You can stop using robloxsoundz and delete your account at any time in Settings.
  • We may suspend or close your account, or limit what you can do, if you break these terms, put the site or other users at risk, or we’re required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you why.
  • If we close your account because you’re under 13, see Section 2.
  • When an account closes, the things that are meant to carry on will carry on, such as Sections 7, 11, and 13.

11. Our responsibility to you

11.1 What we can never exclude

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

11.2 How we provide the service

robloxsoundz is provided free of charge. The site and the information on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise or warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information or sounds on it are accurate, working, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

11.3 What we exclude

Subject to 11.1, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with, your use of (or inability to use) the site, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation:

  • sounds, names, and information that come from Roblox or other people, including if they are wrong, offensive, unavailable, or infringe someone’s rights;
  • what happens in Roblox or on other websites or services, including if a sound is removed or if Roblox takes action against an account, game, or asset;
  • your choices about which sounds to use, or whether you had the right to use them;
  • actions of other users or third parties, including anything they say or do;
  • loss of data, loss of access to your account, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss, whether or not it was foreseeable;
  • harm to your device or software that you may suffer from using the site or any link or file on it;
  • any delay, interruption, or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a problem with our hosting, internet, or sign-in providers, or with Roblox.

11.4 No compensation

Subject to 11.1, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not obliged to pay you any compensation, damages, or refund in connection with your use of the site, which is provided free of charge.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

If we make an important change, we’ll email you or put a clear notice on the site before it starts. If you don’t agree with the change, you can delete your account. If you keep using the site after the change starts, you agree to the new terms.

13. Which law applies and what happens if we disagree

  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
  • If you live in the UK, the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland, if you live there) can deal with any dispute.
  • If you live outside the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep any local consumer protections that can’t be removed by contract.
  • Before going to court, please email us at support@robloxsoundz.com so we can try to fix the problem.

14. The small print

  • These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site (together with the Privacy Policy).
  • If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don’t enforce a term straight away, it doesn’t mean we’ve given up the right to later.
  • You can’t transfer your account or your rights to anyone else. We may transfer ours to another person or business if the site is sold or handed over, and we’ll protect your information as our Privacy Policy describes.
  • Nobody else has a right to enforce these terms.
