Reporting something? Here’s what helps
You don’t need to get it perfect. If you can, tell us:
- Where it is. The sound ID or a link to the page.
- What’s wrong. A sentence or two is plenty.
- How to reach you. Replying to your email is enough.
If it’s about something you made or own, tell us what it is so we can look into it properly.
What happens next?
- A real person reads it. Every message gets read, even the short ones.
- We’ll look at reports promptly. We may write back with a question or let you know what we did.
- Other messages might take a little longer. Hang tight, we haven’t forgotten you.
